William "Bill" Hobson has been involved in Real Estate for over 40 years in southern Utah. Bill is very active in the St. George real estate market, formally serving as the Washington County Board of Realtors President. He has a tradition of being involved in community affairs, serving for 8 years as a St. George City Planning and Zoning Commissioner as well as current service on other local community organizations & boards. Bill specializes in luxury homes and was the project agent for the Stone Cliff, Entrada, and Atara developments.  

Andrea Luikart has spent her life living among the red rocks of St. George. She understands and appreciates the unique benefits of living in Southern Utah with its landscape, beauty, and culture. Her enthusiastic attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying clients' desires. She has a strong background in sales through owning her own retail business. When she isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children exploring the area, traveling the world, and playing violin in the Southwest Symphony Orchestra. She received her Bachelors degree in Human Communications degree at Dixie State University. She also is a professional Sign Language Interpreter and interprets all over southern Utah and Nevada and on cruise ships.

Matt​hew Hobson is the technology and marketing specialist for WD Hobson Group. He is a licensed commercial drone pilot, filming all of the aerial footage for the homes we market. Matthew received his Bachelors Degree from Dixie State University and has multiple certificates in cyber security.
